Although you don’t need to physically be in the UK to enter, you should be a valid UK resident and provide a UK mainland shipping address for any winning items to be delivered.
Yes. Regardless of tickets sold, the live draw will take place each month guaranteed.
Draws which continually ‘roll over’ are sketchy to say the least…
The ‘Dream Hike Bundle’ draw will be monthly, usually opening at the beginning of the month and closing at the end.
The singular prize draws will run throughout the month on weekly and fortnightly basis.
The regularity of draws is at our discretion. We will only change the dates if we have to for reasons outside of our control.
We are known for being very generous around Christmas and special occasions and love giving people as many opportunities as possible!

Following the completion of the checkout process, you will receive an email confirming your entry into the Win Your Dream Hike draw.
It will confirm the prize(s) you have entered for, the number of tickets you have bought and when the results draw will be taking place.
The WYDH team attempt to contact all winners within 24 hours of the results draw via email and or phone. We guarantee to contact you within 5 days of the draw closing. All winners will be published on the website within 48 hours of winning and results will be posted across social media. For our main monthly bundles, you can watch the results being drawn live on Facebook.
If we cannot reach you within 14 days of the closing date, we reserve the right to choose another winner and you will lose your right to claim the prize. Make sure your contact details are correct!
Each prize draw will have a specified draw date and time, which can be seen on our website. Your order confirmation email will also state the date and time of the results draw.
If you miss it, all the winners are posted on our website after the draw.
The prizes will be listed in full on our website with a full product spec brief. If for some reason the product isn’t available or doesn’t stock the correct size, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
Yes, if the draw is still open, you can request a refund for any tickets purchased.

Our mission for Win Your Dream Hike is to inspire others to enjoy the great outdoors and to support charities who help protect it. We donate a minimum of 10% from every ticket sold to charity. However, it’s often much more than that.
We aim to have a different charity each month to raise money for as many different charities as possible.
As per our terms and conditions, entering our draw gives us permission to use promotional material.
We love happy winners and our audience love nothing more than seeing real winners and their prizes! If you really don’t want to be part of this, then just let us know.
Each prize draw has a limit on the number of tickets you can buy to protect the welfare of our entrants.
Each draw has a maximum number of tickets that can be sold, this is to ensure sensible odds.

Your ticket number will be found in your order confirmation email as well as the entry list on our website.
The winner will be selected at random using Googles Random Number generator against the ticket numbers on the entry list.
Prizes 1-6 will be screen recorded live and a link to the video will be available on our website.
Prizes 7-9 and the Dream Hike Bundle will be drawn during a Facebook Live.
In the unlikely event a live draw cannot be carried out, these prizes will also be screen recorded live and posted on our website.
The maximum number of entries is stated on each competition so your chances of winning will vary from competition to competition. As an example, if entries are capped at a maximum of 3000, this means that if you purchase 1 entry, your chances of winning will be no worse than 1 in 3,000.
You can increase your chances of winning by purchasing more entries. For example, if you purchase 10 entries in the example above, your chances of winning will be no worse than 1 in 300.
Tickets sold are visible on the prize pages and updated in real time.

All prizes are sent with free delivery.
Yes indeed! If you wish to enter for free, then simply send an unenclosed postcard via post stating the competition you would like to enter and the following details:

Full terms and conditions for Free postal route entry:
(a) send your entry by first or second class post to the following address: Win Your Dream Hike, 1 Mill Street, Royal Leamington Spa, CV31 1ES
(b) hand delivered entries will not be accepted and will not be entered into the random draw;
(c) include with your entry the following information:
(i) your full name;
(ii) your address;
(iii) a contact telephone number and email address; and date of birth
(d) incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified;
(e) you may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to us separately. Bulk entries in one envelope will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry;
(f) by entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
(g) your entry must be received by us prior to the closing date. Entries received after the closing date will not be entered into the draw. Proof of posting does not guarantee that you will be entered into the random draw;
(h) We will not acknowledge receipt of your entry
(i) if the number of entries received reaches any cap or limit before your free entry is received, you will not be entered into the random draw
Endurance Zone owns the brands Win Your Dream Hike and Win Your Dream Bike
If for some reason the product isn’t available or doesn’t stock the correct size, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or higher value.
If you are the winner, the prize will be yours. You can do what ever you wish with it, including selling it.
We need to use your data to administer the competition and award prizes. We do not use your data for any other purpose.
We do not share your data with any third parties unless this is necessary for administering the competition.

If you are the winner, we may have to share your details with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm that we have administered the competition and awarded the prizes fairly.
You have the right to opt out from us using your data at any time. However, if you do ask us to remove your details from our database prior to the closing date, you will be withdrawing from the competition. You will not be entitled to a refund of any entry fees you have paid.
