“Blackdog Outdoors are a national mental health charity providing free outdoor activity and adventure for anyone who finds their mental health acts as a barrier to accessing the outdoors. Our activities include well-being walks, hiking, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, biking, map reading, navigation courses, bushcraft classes, yoga and mindfulness.
